Inbox
If you have linked your forms to your website, you will automatically receive an email update once a potential Client has contacted you. Your potential Client will receive the auto-reply email you customized via your custom email section, and they will appear in BOLD in your VSM Inbox.
Sorting your Client list:
- You can filter to view Clients based on their event type, the date they initially contacted you (or were manually entered into your database via the Manual Entry Form), and/or thier contract status.
- Select the options from the appropriate drop down menu's listed on your Client Dashboard and click on the "Sort" button to sort your list.
You can also sort your list in alphabetical order, or reverse-alphabetical order. Simply click on the column headers (Date Rec'd, First Name, Last Name, Event Date, Shooting Date and Contract) to sort the list.
Sending an email:
- Select the Client/Clients you'd like to communicate with by checking the appropriate box in the "select" column on the left hand side.
- Then choose the email you would like to send to your Client/Clients under the "Actions" drop down menu on the lower left hand side.
- A follow up confirmation page will appear in your screen letting you know what email you are sending and the Client/Clients you are sending it to. Click the "Send" button to send the email(s). You can also confirm that the email was sent via your VSM Outbox.
Your Inbox is used to filter incoming new leads. Its purpose is to funnel potential Clients to your Client Dashbaord, where you will have a full range of email options (available in the "Action" menu).
Sending a Shooting Day Details form:
- Click on your new leads shooting date to open their Shooting Day Details form (which I'll refer to as SDD going forward). Applicable details that your new inquiry has shared with you will be pre-populated on the form.
- You may enter any details to the field entries on their SDD form if you have them.
- When you are ready to send the form to your Client, simply click the "Send to Client" button on the bottom. A follow up confirmation page will appear in your screen and you can confirm that the email was sent via your VSM Outbox.
IMPORTANT NOTE: In order for your Client to access their form, they will have to enter their email address exactly as it appears in their Shooting Day Details form - it is case sensitive.
You can easily identify which Clients you've communicated with! New Clients will appear in BOLD and once you've sent them their SDD form (after refreshing your Inbox) they will appear in a grey shaded row.
Deleting a Client from your Inbox:
- Select the Client/Clients you'd like to remove from your Inbox by checking the appropriate box in the "select" column on the left hand side.
- Then choose the "Delete from Inbox" option from the action drop down menu on the lower left hand side.
- The Client's record has been deleted.
