Hi there! I’m Natalie, a photographer + mom + entrepreneur on a mission to help professional photographers streamline their business, become virtually paperless and save lots of time.

Why do I do it?

Because I want to spend time doing things I love! Creating stories through images, spending time with family, building new relationships, learning something new...

There’s not enough time in the day to do it all and I certainly don’t want to spend a beautiful morning repeating the same tasks over an over again only to find the afternoon has passed, I’m still not done catching up with Clients and I haven’t stepped outside!

In order to continue building my business, I knew I needed to make a change. The challenge was to figure how to get my time back, become more organized, more effective and make it easier for my Clients.

The answer... have systems in place that will help me do all that and more!  That’s when Virtual Studio Manager was born.  A lucky side-effect resulted in making more per hour,  saving lots of trees, ink and filing space in the process, along with making it easier for Clients to communicate with me and instilling confidence that I have the systems in place to properly document their event.

Using Virtual Studio Manager was a lot easier that figuring out how to add more hours to the day. :-)
