You can check out samples of customized forms that our members have shared with us in the Features & Benefits section (under the Learn More link above). You can also visit the Demo section of our site to see how easy it is to customize.

The forms look professional, are easy to use and encourage your Clients to share important details about their project - so you can better plan for their shoot.
You and/or your Client can also access the form any time to make changes, or add new details as the project develops. You'll receive an email any time a Client submits/updates a form.

As for the question about a cancellation or penalty, we offer a 30-day guarantee that will let you cancel the plan and receive your money back (for any reason). If you cancel your plan within that time frame, you tested the service out for free! If you signed up for a month-to-month plan, then you would simply cancel the account at the end of the month in which you've paid through, and the same applies the annual plans.
