If all of the services you need are in the Basic Plan, then it sounds like you shouldn't pay more for the Pro Plan. :-)

The Pro Plan offers additional features that allow for more flexibility (like being able to add your own custom emails to your database, or link your forms directly to your site). These additional features may/may not be necessary for your specific business. The Basic Plan is great, and if you find that you need additional flexibility at a later date, you can easily upgrade to the Pro Plan (the upgrade takes effect immediately).
